3D Modelling Requirements: Tier Selection

Which of the following best describes the level of modelling required for your development?

Tier 1: The Site Map – A simple, clean layout using 3D house-shaped blocks to show the positioning and orientation of each plot. Best for quick navigation and basic site information.

Tier 2: Exterior Standard – A textured site with landscaping (roads, grass, trees) and detailed house exteriors. Uses standard master house models placed and oriented to match your site plan. (Note: Models are used as-is; no bespoke changes to individual house geometry or specific plot features).

Tier 3: Exterior High-Fidelity – Everything in Tier 2, plus "Site Context": we model surrounding streets and neighboring properties as low-detail "ghost" silhouettes to show how the development sits within the wider area. Includes realistic ground contours/slope.

Tier 4: Essential Interiors – Everything in Tier 3, plus internal walls, doors, and flooring for your chosen house types. (Empty rooms, no furniture).

Tier 5: Total Lifestyle – Everything in Tier 4, plus professional interior staging (furniture, lighting, and décor) for your master house types.

Tier 6: Bespoke Site Master – Everything in Tier 5, with custom site geometry where every plot is modelled uniquely to match the site plan (for irregular/complex land layouts).
