  • Specifically for Interactive Hosting: To deliver our Premium Interactive Hosting Service, we upload your 3D project files (including architectural plans, models, and associated assets) to a trusted third-party cloud streaming provider (e.g., Arcware). Your project data is shared with them solely for the purpose of providing the interactive hosting service you have commissioned. We ensure all our service providers, including our cloud streaming partner, have appropriate data protection measures in place and are contractually bound to process your data only according to our instructions and to implement strong technical and organizational security measures. They are not permitted to use your project data for their own purposes or to share it with any other third parties.

  • Professional Advisors: Including lawyers, accountants, and other professional advisors who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.

  • Regulatory Bodies: HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and other regulatory or law enforcement agencies where required by law or to comply with our legal obligations.

  • Third Parties in Connection with a Business Transaction: If we sell, transfer, or merge part of our business or assets, we may disclose your personal data to the prospective buyer, transferee, or merger partner.

  • Marketing Data: If you have consented to receive marketing communications from us, we will retain your contact details for this purpose until you unsubscribe or become inactive for a defined period of 3 years.

  • Communication Records: Records of our email and other communications with you will typically be retained for 5 years for customer service and record-keeping purposes.
