Tier 1: Simple Site Plan A basic, clean 2D-style layout using block-style house models. Ideal for quick navigation, understanding plot positioning, and overall site orientation. (Note: Uses 2D textures projected onto simple forms).
Tier 2: Textured Standard Site A fully textured site development including landscaping elements such as roads, grass, and trees. Uses master house models placed to match your specific site layout. (Note: Uses 2D textures projected onto simple forms).
Tier 3: Extended Site Context Everything in Tier 2, plus the addition of surrounding streets and neighbouring properties to show how the development integrates with the wider area. Includes realistic ground contours and site slope. (Note: Uses 2D textures projected onto simple forms).
Tier 4: Detailed 3D House Models A significant upgrade moving to full 3D geometry for each house type, providing true depth, realistic eaves, window reveals, and architectural features.
Tier 5: Structural Interior Shell Everything in Tier 4, plus internal structural detailing. Includes internal walls, doors, stairs, and flooring (e.g., carpets). Rooms are delivered as an empty, "shell" structure.
Tier 6: Interior Lifestyle Staging Everything in Tier 5, plus professional interior staging. We furnish the scene with furniture, lighting, and décor to bring the spaces to life and showcase the potential of the home.
Tier 7: Interactive Customisation Everything in Tier 6, plus the ability for users to interact with the environment. This includes real-time customisation options, such as changing the colours of kitchen units, worktops, or finishes.
Tier 8: Bespoke Requirements A tailored solution for unique project goals or requirements that do not fit into our standard categories.
